First of all, can you outline the mission and priorities of EPSO?

The mission of EPSO, the European Plant Science Organisation, is to promote plant science and to represent plant scientists in discussions about future plant science programme priorities in Europe. As the representative organisation of European plant research institutions, EPSO is an authoritative source of independent information on plant science and promotes training of plant scientists to meet 21st Century challenges in breeding, agriculture, horticulture, forestry, plant ecology and sectors related to plant science.
