Sponsors

Please contact the EPSO Conference secretariat (contact details below) if you would like to sponsor the conference.

We have the following sponsorship options:

   1.  Your company LOGO:

• On the EPSO home page (www.epsoweb.org)
• On the sponsor page: (www.epsoweb.org/sponsors-5th-epso-conference-finland-2010)
• In the conference announcements, sent out before the registration deadlines directly from our database to 3.500 contacts and then forwarded by a number of these contacts to their networks
• In the conference abstract book
• On the menu card of the conference dinner

These services are included in the minimum sponsorship fee of 500€.

The higher the sponsorship fee, the larger the size of your logo will be and the more prominent a place your logo will have.

   2.  Distribution of your leaflets

• in the participant bag
• or distribution of leaflets via the registration desk to our 400 participants – key scientists in the sector and promising students
• Additional fee on top of option 1 fee: 500€

   3.  Sponsor towards the cost of the conference dinner

        (maximum two sponsorships available):

• Your company contributes with a minimum of 7.500€ to the cost of the conference dinner. This is about one third of the total cost of the conference dinner.
• You will be offered the opportunity to formally address the conference participants (max 5 min.) as a co-host at the start of the conference dinner and your company will be acknowledged on the conference dinner menu card.
• Plus all acknowledgements described under option 1. 

   4. Sponsoring a speaker:

• Your company logo will appear next to the speakers name in the conference programme.
• The speakers are in the programme on the conference webpage.
• Should you decide for this option we will send you a list of speakers who are not being sponsored by other companies already.
• Fees are:1500€ to sponsor a speaker coming from Europe and 2300€ to sponsor a speaker from outside Europe.
• Plus all acknowledgements described under option 1.

   5. Sponsoring a student:

• Your company will be acknowledged for providing student grants in the conference programme.
• By providing a student grant you will make it possible for a promising student to participate in the conference - an experience which will prove highly valuable for their career.
• Fees are: 1400€ for students coming from Europe and 2200€ for students coming from outside Europe.
• Plus all acknowledgements described under option 1.

   6. Exhibition stand:

At the conference there will be a small exhibition area with space for 1 to 3 stands depending on:

• How many square meters each stand would need
• Whether it will be a trade stand or a table provided by us
• The electricity needs (how many sockets and the availability)
• Position of a stand - such as right at the entrance to the conference room and hence an ideal place for interaction with the participants.

If you would be interested in such a stand, please let us know what kind of a stand you have in mind, so that we can appropriately locate and calculate a rate.
