EPSO organises top level
workshops with a bottom up principle bringing
distant disciplines together to break down barriers between
disciplines and foster new promising research areas.
EPSO workshops have established a reputation as visionary
and high quality think-tank in emerging areas of plant
science. Workshop participants compile a white paper
defining prioritised objectives that are then communicated
to the European Commission and national policy markers. The
next workshop will take place in early 2008 and the topic
discussed will be biofuels.
EPSO welcomes scientists to submit an outline for a workshop
they would like to organise.
