Reduced registration fee for EPSO personal members: EPSO applies a new policy which gives all EPSO personal members a 50€ reduction on the conference registration fee. Personal membership is free of charge for persons belonging to an EPSO Institutional member and available at a small fee for others. We encourage you to take advantage of this offer. Children over 12 years of age pay the same fees as an accompanying adult. For children up to 12 years no fee is charged for the first 2 children as they will stay in the room with the parents. *2.3 CATERING AND EXCURSION FEE

Fixed price for entire duration of conference. Prices are per person and include all meals, welcome reception, conference dinner and half day excursion as indicated in the programme.

* Registrants notifying EPSO of cancellation more than two months before arrival will be charged 10% of the fee. Registrants notifying EPSO of cancellation less than two months but more than 30 days before arrival will be charged 20% of the fee. If the notification of cancellation arrives later than 30 days before arrival the full fee will be charged.

2.4 ACCOMMODATION FEE

All participants will be staying at the VVF “La Badine”, Presqu’île de Giens (Côte d’Azur near Toulon), France. Prices are per person per night with breakfast included.

* Registrants notifying EPSO of cancellation more than two months before arrival will be charged 10% of the accommodation fee. Registrants notifying EPSO of cancellation less than two months but more than 30 days before arrival will be charged 20% of the accommodation fee. If the notification of cancellation arrives later than 30 days before arrival the full fee will be charged.

If you wish to book your accommodation at a later stage, please remember that there is limited availability at the venue for the different kinds of rooms. We therefore advice you to book your accommodation as soon as possible.

3. EPSO CONFERENCE SUPPORT GRANT

For this conference, students from any European country and scientists (junior & senior) from the 12 new EU Member States and Eastern European countries* can apply for an EPSO Conference Support Grant. The only additional requirement is that they must have registered for EPSO personal membership. The number of grants will be distributed equally between the two groups. The EPSO Conference Support Grant covers five nights accommodation in triple rooms for students and double rooms for scientists (the accommodation will be directly booked and paid by EPSO) and catering and excursion as mentioned in the programme. The conference registration fee will be waived. Recipients of a support grant will have to pay their own travel.

* Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia and Ukraine.

Students and scientists receiving an EPSO Conference Support Grant are required to submit a poster abstract.

*6. JUSTIFICATION

Please include below 1 to 10 lines why you want to participate in the conference. In case the interest in the conference exceeds the number of available places, the organising committee will apply a selection process. Applicants will receive notice confirming or rejecting their application to participate in the conference within one month of us receiving the application.

7. PLEASE READ THE CONFERENCE APPLICATION DISCLAIMER

Registration fee: The co-ordinators of the conference have established a fixed registration fee for all participants to encourage attendance for the entire conference and to ensure the conference financing. The fixed registration fee will be charged regardless the length of time a participant attends the conference.

The fixed registration fee will cover registration. It will not provide for recreation, faxes, taxi, laundry, conference photograph or any other personal expenses.

Catering and excursion fee: The co-ordinators of the conference have established a fixed catering and excursion fee for all participants to encourage attendance for the entire conference and to ensure the conference financing. The fixed catering and excursion fee will cover excursion and meals as specified in the programme and will be charged in full regardless the length of time a participant attends the conference.

Accommodation fee: Accommodation is paid for the number of nights the participants choose to stay at the venue. The accommodation fee includes breakfast.

Accompanying persons: Accompanying persons are charged the accommodation, catering and excursion fees under the same conditions as participants. See above. Accompanying persons are not permitted to attend conference lectures nor discussion groups.

Transportation to and from the venue: The transfer to and from the major airports and train stations is not included in the fees but will be arranged by the organisers for a small fee for the participants. More information is available in the separate travel information.

Cancellation:
