There will be a permanent poster exhibition and two poster sessions will be held.

Before the start of the conference, three poster abstracts per poster session will be selected for a short presentation. The authors will be informed well before the start of the conference. During the conference, our poster jury will select three award winning posters. The award winning posters will be announced during the conference dinner and the author(s) will receive a price and a certificate. 

The size of your poster should not exceed the following measurements: 100cm wide and 150cm high.
The posters can be attached with pins.

Abstract submission for posters start on 1 September 2009.
Deadline for abstract submission for posters is 1 March 2010

For each scientific session one speaker will be selected from submitted abstracts by the session chair. Authors of abstracts that were not selected for a talk will be contacted and asked if they wish to bring a poster.

Start date for abstract submission for selection and oral presentation is 1st September 2009

Deadline for abstract submission for selection and oral presentation is 1st February 2010
